Naaptol selling Mobile phones that are not meant for India Naaptol, Blackberry Mobile Phones Complaint

I have purchase one blackberry 9630 with 3G from naaptol ,order no 1042857 dated 09/07/2012 .
I am using this mobile before 15 days i am surprized no internet is working only incoming, outgoing & sms is working, i talked with blackberry service center but he told me this mobile is out of india & no internet support to your mobile. my purpose only for internet .
This is cheating with me .
