malpractices and misbehaviour at the store Reliance Fresh, Food Complaint

this happened on 8th of July 2012 , at the Reliance Fresh Store, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. I had sent my servant with the list of products I required along with their respective brand name. I clearly mentioned my driver to convey the message at the store to give only the products available of the mentioned brands and if not available no need to give any other. In spite of being very clear , with my products list and verbal communication between my servant n Reliance Fresh Staff,there was all wrong and improper things given to my servant. For eg, i had written on the list to give Pilsburry Multigrain Atta, for which i had been given Pilsburry WHole Wheat atta.
In my list i have clearly mentioned L'oreal Casting Ammonia Free Hair Color - Shade BLACK ; but the staff at the store had given Garnier Natural Hair Color.
these are a few examples out of so many mischieves, awful service n misguidance .
Immediately when my mother went to the store to get the products changed, 2 staffs named Hakkim n Patil, didnt let my mother to step inside the store, while it was raining heavily outside.she stood their with the heavy packets of 10kgs of atta n many other households goods. when she complained about the misguidance n wrong delivery of the products , both of the staffs HASAN n PATIL, started charging my mother in a very very rude n offensive way. They replied that, there's no problem from their end at all or any kind of service issues by their staff, it was our servant who took the products on his own. When my mother asked them to call for the concerned sales boy, both Hasan n Patil said that ,they have no free time to entertain such useless matters and queue up by leaving their own businesses. After half n hour of debate with my mother they agreed to call for the concerened sales boy who assisted my servant with the wrong products.
When that sales boy was asked about the matterv this is what he has replied, - " I had only read the either the first name and given the products , rest , mentioned products of the said brands was not available so i had given other products"
To this Hasan n Patil said that it was your servant who should have checked the products and taken. Just tell me,had my servant been educated n well literate, why should i have told him to take help of the sales assistants at the store ? And in the mean time when all this debates n quarrel was going on, my mother still stayed out side the store with those heavy packets.
At last when my mother asked for money refund , a labour of the store who generally lifts vegetables n fruits n trolley, jumped into the matter and started quarelling with my mother like anything.. He abused her and misbehaved and replied as if he is the owner of the store saying that they will not in any case refund the money. When my mothe r lost it , and shouted at them, they agreed to refund the money. They threatened my mother not to come back to the store ever, nor even my servant.
So just tell me what is it actually happening? Is Mr Ambani appointing anti -social elements in his company, and this is what he is teaching them and this is how he is training them ??
I strongly condemn this kind of misbehaviour of Reliance group. And now i want those 3culprits to be sorry for their misconduct and offensive behaviour , and apologize to my mother.
