Mobile Duplicate Bill Reliance Digital, Samsung Mobile Phones Complaint
I had purchased a mobile phone in Sep 2011. Unfortunately lost the bill. Now the set needs major repair worth Rs.8110 under warranty. Then I visited Reliance digital store Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, for a duplicate bill. They dont have bill records for more than 6 months. I contacted corporate customer support at reliance [email protected]..there is no response from them for more than 10 days now...
