Money Not Refunded BIG Cinemas, Complaint

Dear Sir,

Please refer below chain of emails, where my bank account has been debited twice for same movie, and even after several follow ups I am not getting reply only once they have replied to me then I have put various reminders to them but it seems that big cinema's people are not interested to pay me my money back. Its not question of Rs.340 but you people are losing trust and faith of customers,
