no service IDEA Cellular, Idea Cellular Prepaid Complaint

i wish idea could make their customer service better. they charge for calling customer service which in most countries is free.. secondly i am currently experiencing a "NO SERVICE " on my phone. i first thought that my iPhone had a problem so i switched my sim card to another phone and i still had no signal. i have been experiencing it for about an hour now .i wish i could have a cell phone tower in this area cause i have paid 249 Rs for idea 3G but the signal is weak all day so i get only EDGE. please do something about it @IDEA CELLULAR....
