Improper installation causing washing machine damage.

The technician named Mahender installed the machine for me. He insisted on installing a trolley to be put under the machine and caused the washing machine to topple at the time of drying/spinning.
The machine was installed on the 30th of April.

I had a Blackberry Torch 9800 mobile phone with Imei No. 353489046374540 PIN No. 233A1355. I lost it a few days back. It contained a huge amount of data, contact numbers collected over a very long period. Is there any way I can get back that data. I have lodged complaint with police who are trying to trace it.

I had purchased a Window AC (Hitachi 1.5 Kaze on 13.06.2011 Invoice no. 1114. from your authorized dealer M/S Sarraf Coolings Pvt. Ltd., Sarojini Nagar, Kanpur (Contact 0512-2215104).
For third free service, I had made a request on 11.06.2012 ( Complain no. 3836 dated 11.06.12 ). Since then, I have made many calls to their representative but the service is not yet provided after a lapse of nearly a month. Your representative has repeatedly been giving false promises to send the serviceman in a day or two.

I purchased the Usha Lexus Dolphin Air Cooler on 25/06/11, vide serial number WA 31031270, Since every one aware about the short summer in Srinagar Kashmir, as such the said cooler was not used for not more than two months from the date of purchase, as yesterday although the FAN of said cooler is functioning HOWEVER the WATER ROTATION of the said cooler is NOT FUNCTIONING, kindly apprise about the problem in the said cooler,

I bought ASUS 17" notebook PC G74SX-XT1 while I was in US on 30.08.2011.
After I came India, happy user for 8 months, then problems started creeping up.
Two months back its optical BD drive gave up then display drivers & now LED display panel
showing thin horizontal line permanently on screen.
I am in Pune. Can I get Authorized repairing services under warranty in Pune?
Can I get their contact nos? How efficient & quick they are? Are they well provided with spares?
