Non credit of Account after recharge idea cellular prepaid, recharge of sim card no 09744349763 Complaint

I'had recharged idea sim for Rs.50/- on 27.07.12 (evening), and got sms as to Rs.50 as credited mrp. That night I'd made only one or two local calls. But the next day when I made a call, I received an sms showing Rs 2 + as a/c balance. The same day I made a complaint at the Statue Idea Care centre, Trivandru, and waited for 2-3 days, but no result. Then I contacted Customer Care (458), and he said that I'd made an ISD to No 1325. But I have'nt made such a call. It's injustice. If it's done to more customers the Rs50 amount will be accumulated to huge sum. If I do not get any response forthwith, I'll directly complain to the Upper Appeal authority.
