Non responsive team of Sony Ericson YOGINI PARIKH, SONY EXPERIA ARC Complaint

I have purcahsed Sony Experia Arc, one of the costly mobiles of one of the best company known for its customer service, but only on paper, not in reality. The mobile costs me Rs. 28000. Within warranty period, I started facing problem of mike and the call receiver is not able to listen to my voice. I first time submitted my phone to Mobile Care, Ahmedabad, Sony Ericson Authorised service station on 11/05/2012. The phone was delivered to me on 26/05/2012 stating that it is repaired. But, it was not repaired and the problem continued. Thereafter, on same day, I again delivered the phone to Service Station at the same place and again it was delivered to me on 11th June, 2012 stating that the phone is repaired. But the problem continued. Again I delivered the phone on 11/06/2012 to Mobile Care, Ahmedabad. Till date, I have not received the reply from the company and my phone, which is costing around Rs. 28000/- is lying with company with no proper reply for more than 52 days.

Nobody in the company takes the responsibility and the obvious solution is replacement, company like Sory Ericson is not responding to my request of replacement as repairing is not possible, as informed to me by Mobile Care, Ahmedabad, Sony Ericson Authorised Service Station.

THEREFORE, BE CAREFUL ABOUT BUYING ANY PRODUCT FROM SONY ERICSON, BCOZ YOU CAN ALSO BE THE VICTIM OF SO CALLED PROFESSIONALISM OF THE HIGHLY REPUTED COMPANY, BUT ONLY ON PAPER. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCTS OF SONY ERICSON, PLEASE BELIEVE ME.

MY COMPLAINT NO. IS SES126006291 AND WORK ORDER NO. IS SE31244711431 DATED 11/06/2012 AT 5.02 P.M., THE THIRD WORK ORDER NO., THE FIRST TWO NOT GIVEN PURPOSEFULLY.

SONY ERICSON TEAM, WAKE UP BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.
