PF refund idbi intech ltd, back office associate Complaint

Dear Sir,

I am worked in idbi bank ltd Retail asset center Mysore, from 01-01-2010 to 31-07-2011, i resigned my job because of some family problem, after that i had a application to refund my PF amt in the month of aug 17 -2011, after a month i called to intech office for the progress of my request, then they told to like your request didn't reached kindly send the same. I has sent another application form on 03-12-2011, till today i didn't got any acknowledgement or any type of response, when i called to intech person (Pushpalatha) she telling it will take 1year or above than that, when i approached to PF office they guide me if the application form processed by the company to us we will do the needful withing 45 working days, then i thought in my salary slip they didn't mentioned the PF Reg.No, i am not only the person suffuring, there are some other 6 members,so kindly take action against the companywich they are fooling the executive working in Idbi bank as offrole
