poor service sony ericsson care centre sec 17D chd, Complaint

i have returned my xperia sola , due to noterwork problem, to the care centre in sector 17d, chandigarh
they told it'll take 15 days to be replaced, 24 days have passed n still theyr sayin a week more, first we buy such expensive modals , then this poor service!!!pls make urgent note
