Naaptol selling Mobile phones that are not meant for India

I have purchase one blackberry 9630 with 3G from naaptol ,order no 1042857 dated 09/07/2012 .
I am using this mobile before 15 days i am surprized no internet is working only incoming, outgoing & sms is working, i talked with blackberry service center but he told me this mobile is out of india & no internet support to your mobile. my purpose only for internet .
This is cheating with me .

I m totally disstaisfied with the services of blackberry india.... my mobile have a problem it starts from 3rd month of purchase but till now i dont have get any solution. i bought my phone on december month but totally unhappy with the services........ blackberry service is pathetic....!!!!! my contact details is 9988594809...... can anyone tell why we r purchasing blackberry... its service center looks like an cement shop.... dont have any standard... the owner who is running it totally unknowleagble person... lack of technical knowledge.....!!!!
