Can't port out from Virgin mobile to Airtel

Dear sir, I Am from kerala, my number is 9287340789. Its a cdma connection and am Using this number from last 5 years. My handset got complaint, so I Took upc code from the above said number, it is tl369389. Then i send a request for mnp from airtel i the format "mn 9287340789 1065369389 Tl369389 pre rizwan". But i got the reply that, "9287340789- port in request failed due to Some or all numbers in the range do not belong to the indicated donor In the indicated lsa.." .Plz solve my problem asap, so that i can use My number so in the airtel network.
