hopeless service offered by the service dealer and area manager of Electrolux

I have bought two A/C one window and split in October 2012 from next. I have registered the call for 1st service which was attended after 5 days after 10 reminder to them. On 28 may there was a problem in window a/c of not cooling which is not attended till date and they have taken my a/c and still return back. The entire team of service dealer INFOCOOL and company personal Mr Sanjay are trained to fool the customer and tell lie and give hopeless service to customer.

Not getting paid service from 3 weeks for Electrolux Air Conditioner

Hi, we have asked for air conditioning service from Electrolux since 30th April, 2012, following are the call number, ekol0505120001 and ekol3004120042. As we need the service on Saturdays as both me and my spouse are working, hence they keep on cancelling our requests, even though we are ready to pay for the service, as a result our AC is not in a proper working state and we are facing all the problems.
