my name is Carson Valladares ..i live in mumbai..recently i purchased a electrolux fridge from Vijay sales in santacruz which i spent around 80 thousand..the water filter of this fridge is placed outside which can be replaced in a jiffy..i placed a complain with the customer service regarding a faulty filter which had to be replaced according to the fridge indicator panel...this complain was placed on the 17th of oct..the rep promised me that it would be taken care of in 24 hrs...its been 15 days and they havent yet replaced my filter coz of which i am having ice n drinking water problems..

My domestic electrolux refigerator in village and post office-Bhangrola,distt.gurgaon(Near IMT-Manesar) is not working properly from the last two weeks.Request kindly send somebody check the said refg as early as possible.

Refrigerator was puchased on June 10, 2012. The white color rubber molding of the door, that works as the sealant, has come out. Rest of the systems are ok.

Horrible service support and worst ever dealt executives

My Double door AC has completely stopped working. In last 5 days, I called Axim Electronics in Kolkata for 15 times and wrote 5 emails to the customnercare id of electrolux. Engineers visited and said gas has leked and need to carry to their service centre. Till now thye have not picked up, God knows when they would do so and deliver back.... The lady (Mithu Barua) and T.Roy in store are the worst ever executives I ever dealt with.
