I am contacting you to express my utter disappointment and extreme frustration with regards to the service which I get from your service centres for NOVA (40329)and for Royal (402439). I renewed the AMC in the beginning of 10/3/11 till 9/3/13 .

On the day of contract

One candle was change and 1 dust carbon was changed for Royal

One candle was changed and one block carbon wasa changed for Nova

I was amazed that nobody came for service after renewal.

We had to call repeatedly No 86620858 dt 27/3/12

Eureka Forbes Service not attended since over a week

Eureka Forbes makes false promise of within 48 hrs service, as i have been waiting since 8 days, the call centre connects after 15 mins, the person says we will fwd your request from 8 days.The live website chat is dead.The contact emails on site are bogus as no one calls or reply.Finally i was told to call directly their local service center guy , who scolded me to wait , some day service will happen-when, what Time ??
