Hi All,

How many time you would request to allow time. I logged complain on 26 Dec’12 and also taking follow-up for the same but still no any executive has come to fix the issue.

Your product and service both are inferior in quality and below standards. This is my part mistake I purchased a problem in form of Automated Washing Machine from Electrolux.

I hate your product and service.

I purchased a Washing Machine less than a year back and the digital panel of the machine has stopped working and needs to be replaced, The service provided is so bad, i have no clue what am i supposed to do now.

New Electrolux Fully Automatic Machine Non Functional

This is bring to your notice the issues I am facing since I have purchased an electrolux fully automatic washing machine(WM-EKL-7.0 KG-ET70CLGL-CME FUL)from NEXT(Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi) bill no#3011304076 on 18.02.2012 for an amount of RS 11,555.56.After a week of my usage, I encountered the first problem when the timer stopped and there was an alarming noise and I filed the first complaint with the customer care of electrolux (EDEL2302120047) for which the technician came, fixed and again after two days same issue.Again I filed another complaint(EDEL0303120037)on 3rd March' 2012 and this
