i m neeraj maheshwari from modinagar. i have been purchad symphony coolor jumbo joshi electronic modinagar rs 7500 dated on 1/06/2012. my coolor fan is not working. i have been complant in costumer care phone no. 07930130171.
end i have given complaint no. SGE- 16H12015 . i have been many -many time complant this no. . but i have not response. after this i have goted this no. 09540322518. i have been many many time complant this no.

i have been very trobule. plz u slove my problem.

Dear customer pls dont purchase symphony cooler becouse of service is very poor, i have log a complaint 13/08/12 but we dont come any service engg. till 22/08/12 because of dont have spare parts in company so in future u want to purchase a cooler so pls dont expect service...
