Onida After Sales Service Issues

I bought an Onida ac 1.5 ton 5 years ago. After 1 year I gave the AMC contract to the co./dealer. Acording to agreement, each and every component was covered for warrantee or replacement without any cost. But now since last 6 months company and dealers are not repairing the ac and say that you may return the ac to company and get 30% discount on new model which ever I purchase. But the MRP price is too than customer cash price. That means on my old ac I am getting only Rs. 2,500/- according to me buying an ONIDA AC is waste of money. There is no after sales sevice.
