Volkswagen Vento Manufacturing Defect & Poor Service by Bhasin Motors, Mathura Road

You guys are going to have a riot at Bhasin Motors, Mathura Rd. New Delhi. The service here is beyond pathetic and you have multiple IRATE customers here. My 6 month old Vento car has been sitting at this dealership for 7 weeks!! 7 weeks for a manufacturing defect.

Today I was told to pick up the car and minor things still aren't done, the dealership used up all the gas/petrol in the car and has left me with fumes to drive home with. Is this how Volkswagen plans to build a luxury brand in India. Not with this level of service, that's for sure.
