Hello my order number is 5167359. I got the cell before 4 days after delivery when I inserted sim and tried to it says that invalid IMEI number even I found the fault in mp3 player its not reading songs from memory card when I tried to call customer care they are telling us to visit the place which is very far from our native..sorry to say this when u people can take money from consumers u should check the products before sending..

I have paid Rs.2999 as basic price and Rs.299 as courier charges. After this i have been trying to use. But it is not working. I have given complint to Customer care but no responces.
i purchase from naaptal moblie phone model no:VOX V8500.
Mobile is not working properly. It is not charging.
And more important think is naaptol is chhiter .he speak one think and send the outher.he dosent send the headset bluethooth.
So after that I am not purchess any kind of products to Naapotl.
