Whirlpool Air Conditioner

I have taken a two year contract for my whirlpool 1.5 Ton A.C. from your Kolkata office. However I am not getting proper service from them. My A.C. broke down frequently but they repaired it on temporarily basis.I think there is major fault in my A.C. and in order to save money they are repairing it on temporary basis and waiting for my contract which is going to be expired on September,2012. I am a senior citizen and unable to bear such heat and humidity . I made a service call on 08.06.2012 ,however in spite of providing service in next 24 hours no one came to my house till date.

i had logged a complaint on 25-5-12 regarding cooling of whirlpool split ac to the company. they attended the first call on time then after two days again i have logged the complaint on 29-5-12 till now no one has come to rectify the problem. with this type of response i had make a big mistake of buying a whirlpool product . also i will not suggest to anyone buying a whirlpool product.

we have purchased an air conditioner on dated 10-june-2010,it is not working from 28-april-2012,we have complaint abt it to the our local authorised service centre of whirlpool india,
the service provider says that your compressor is not working,it will be changed but you have to pay abt rs.4000 for that....we have said to them that our compressor is in guaranty period and according to the company's catalog there is no charge is applicable for that

i have purchased 2 nos. 1.5 Ton A.C. of Whirlpool make from M/s. Fairdeal, Yashwant stedium, nagpur in March 2012 the name of concerned person is Mr. Jeevan. the dealer first cheated by saying the A.Cs shall be delivered next day but instead the shop owner took 6 days to deliver the first unit which was on re-packed condition. i had a doubt and denied to accept that but since i was in office that time and the people came for installing have already installed the same.
