Harrasment by Whirlpool India

PLEASE SEE BELOW CHAIN E-MAIL - A BIG HARASSMENT BY WHIRLPOOL INDIA.

I am writing to Whirlpool India from the last 24 days and today is 26th Day and the Washing Machine is still not working. The part is not available from the last 26 days and we are not getting proper responses from Whirlpool India.

I would request concerned department to look into the same and do the needful.

Sir, I jatinder gambhir m no 8054925446 is having an whirlpool washing machine about more than two years old on sunday 3/06/2012 it created some problem i lodged a complaint no ch0612002604 for which i simply mentioned that we are available only after 6 pm and i was told that i have to pay rs.285/ for which i immediately agreed i got an telephone call fro some engineer on tuesday 5th june and he told me that he will be visiting my house tomorrow i.E 6th june when no body turned up till today 7th june 2012 i enquired from ph no 01722641400 1nd 01722651400 i was surprised to know that m
