Defective blackberry storm 9530 delivered with breach of term & conditions by Naaptol.Com Naaptol, BlackBerry Storm 9530 with 3G + 2 GB SD Card Complaint
To whom it may concern:
with reference to the above cited subject I,dr aatish had ordered a new mobile phone :blackberry storm 9530 with 3g + 2 gb sd card, order number : 3497508 amount inr 9,198/-Nine thousand one hundred ninety eight indian rupees only, in the month of february 2012 through website http:/Www.Naaptol.Com .Mode of payment was cash on delivery.While booking this new phone it was informed & promised by http:/Www.Naaptol.Com company representative if I am not satisfied with the same product I have to resend it http:/Www.Naaptol.Com firm & I will be paid back my original amount without any deduction within fifteen working days of the purchase.
Immediately after receiving the mobile phone: blackberry storm 9530 with 3g + 2 gb sd card ,I noted (1) physical damage – discoloration at many parts of the mobile phone.(Which was informed to the naaptol customer representative & was told the problem will be resolved & I am suppose to wait for the call from naaptol which I never received.
I brought the product in my personal usage immediately to check out the product, the following problems started to appear & I experienced (2) the 2 gb sd card provided is corrupt (3) after complete charging of mobile battery the battery charge got drained with one hour of usage (4) the monitor /Display is getting blurred irregularly (5) unable to get blackberry messenger service activated on my idea prepaid simcard as after personal visual & technical inspection of the product by idea mobile services,eluru, it was informed that originally the product is cdma,china made (even written on the mobile phone as qualcomm 3g cdma on the back & is converted to gsm. Hence impossible to activate any blackberry services by any cellular providers & the similar version was said by blackberry mobile representatives on contacting them(6)unable to activate any internet services on mobile phone (7) the detachment of the call ending (red color with phone receiver figure) switch by its own (8)the software cds provided are entirely corrupt hence cannot be connected to any computers & laptops.When I downloaded the original blackberry software & tried with computer & laptops it is not compatible (9)all the of applications are very old dated I.E 2004,2006,2010 applications which clearly indicates that this product is not new & has been used for long period of time.
Immediately I stopped using the product.
Next very day (after delivery date) I called to http:/Www.Naaptol.Com company customer care & explained in detail all the damages & problems & I am not satisfied by the product & asked for complete refund of my amount as total money back was promised to me on returning the product but to my surprise http:/Www.Naaptol.Com representative denied of any such terms & refused to provide any shipping address of http:/Www.Naaptol.Com company & said all the problems will be resolved & disconnected the call.
After calling so many times I received after twenty days two battery & on checking out the battery the same problem persisted.
I am very surprised to discover such problems in quite an expensive mobile phone. I am very upset for http:/Www.Naaptol.Com poor service & I challenge that I have been cheated by http:/Www.Naaptol.Com company & disappointed & depressed by the way I was & I am treated by http:/Www.Naaptol.Com customer care representatives.
I am, also additionally burdened by the courier charges of blue dart while receiving the product by 300/-Inr & calling your customer care representatives contact number : 9223526148 for so many times which costed me more than 500/-Inr.
In this regard, obviously I insist on getting a complete refund of my full payment within one week.
After waiting for the matter to be resolved by http:/Www.Naaptol.Com side & which has not been resolved yet till date & the battery problem resolved by http:/Www.Naaptol.Com company is not at all satisfactory, here, I returned the mobile phone along with complete box,charger,battery, additional batterys,conecting cord,software cds,2gb sd card etc in your company naaptol address quantium solutions,shop no 15,h.No.4,anand nagar,C s road 1,opp labh darshan,dahisar east mumbai 400068 (provided by http:/Www.Naaptol.Com customer care representative via sms) by blue dart courier services.Courier number : 13530345426 dated : 26/05/2012.
This is not of acceptable quality and does not match to the standards of brand new blackberry mobile phone.
I have attached a photocopy of the condition of the phone as proof.
I would like to have this problem resolved quickly.
I would afford you one final opportunity to reconsider http:/Www.Naaptol.Com position and confirm to me within the next four days that you will refund the complete amount. If I do not hear from you within this timeframe I will refer this dispute to the honorable court of law with no further reference to .Http:/Www.Naaptol.Com
