regarding tablet pc problem pantel technology pvt. ltd, Penta TPAD IS701R Complaint

I have purchased this tablet from pantel technology which was received me on 11/06/2012 and the problem is that it is gating hang again-2 and the company company said about this product that it has 2GB internal memory and 256mb ram but I found that the internal storage is only 984MB and ram is 184MB I tried to contact many time by call and email but always busy and not replayed.
please help me on this matter.
