sim not activted jose arun lindo, Aircel Complaint

Dear Sir,
I am sorry to say I had purchased an air cell SIM CARD(8892033736) with pre paid connection on 6/06/2012, in spite of giving all necessary documents to your customer care center at (Rajajinagar Bhasamcrical) but it not been activated till today. so i request you to take necessary action i hope you will revert back immediately,

And Not like your customer care person who will promise Every time they will active within 24 Hour
I would apprecite if you can give me meaning of 24 hour activation.
