I have purchased computer multimedia speaker 12500 blast of beetal Co. from M/s Audionics b-5, Radio market, Nehru Bazar, jaipur by Invoice No.6833 dated 12-1-12. On opening them at home cordless mice was not working. Many time i tried but no result. it was in guarantee period So in At the end i complaint to seller about this and leave whole Items which i purchsed speakes set, cordless mice, remote etc. at the shop Audionics . Seller told me that they have registered complaint on tolfree numbe. Since then I have not received my above set repaired or exchange. I have also contect selse representive of jaipur office Mr Vijai on mobile No. 9509413457 but no result. Plz help me.
