I Anthony Malcolm have ordered for item Get In Shape for men on 5 jul 12. I got the delivery of the item on 16 jul 12 on opening which it was found to be a wrong item. The same was returned by me through courier which was received by NAAPTOL warehouse on 25 jul 12. It is very dissappointing that till date i have not received the replacement neither refund. I have contacted their customer care on 9223516148 but there is no response from them. Please take necessary action.

continous network problem

sir i just want to inform you that your costomer care care services are work very badly they do not listen my problem if they listhen dont take any action about it.........after explaining my problem they simply say sir HUM SAMA CHATE HHH and after some time disconnected my call.........sir i am facing problem from last 3 months i am ragisterd my complaint minimum 10 times but no result is given to me........

compalint regarding purchase of KARBONN TABLET

i had bought a "KARBONN SMART TAB 1" on june 7 2012 for rs7500, on the very next day of my purchase it got defected... i go to the shopkeeper "BHARAT MOBILE" orbit mall a.b road indore, the shopkeeper refuse to refund me the money as per my deman.On that he sent me to the SERVICE CENTER from where there manager changed me the peice. In next 4 same problem again occured with the tablet they changed me 5tablets in 4 days but dint refund my money.

cheating

i buy this product & dealer give me one year warranty but when i went to the service center they told me that it is the laptop under parallel input so there is no warranty for it then i went to the dealer but he abused me then i complain in police station but one year has gone & i have not got any response i buy this for my study with my parents hard core money plz help me i want my money back with intrest of one year.
plz help me & give punishment to that dealer bcoz he is cheating the studend till now.

AIRCEL mobile sim is not working

I purchased aircel mobile Sim No. 8526017928 from coimbatore tamilnadu, when I came to Jabalpur(Madhya Pradesh) the sim was not working, the complaint was repored to the nearest Aircel customer care on 25th AUGUST 2012 but till date it was not activated . kindly do the needful,

I UPDATED MY NOKIA FONE THROUGH NOKIA UPDATER SOFTWARE FROM ANNA TO BELLE.
AFTER UPDATION MY FONE WORKED WELL BUT AFTER A WEEK. THE PROBLEM OF GETTING RESTARTED ARISED.
I SUBMITTED MY FONE TO NOKIA CARE (SAPNA TELECOM)
THEY GAVE ME THE HOPES THAT THE PROBLEM IS OF SOFTWARE AND ACCEPTED MY PHONE ON 16th AUGUST 2012.
THAN THEY CALLED ME ON 20th AND SAID THAT THE PROBLEM IS OF BOOT IC AND INCREASED THE ESTIMATION FROM 350 TO 1550.
I ACCEPTED AND ASKED THEM TO MAKE IT ..

Please pay your kind attention about the problem of my fathers policy. sir he has cross 67 year. and forget about the policy which they have made 16 years before. but after the maturation of jeevan surbhi policy your jabalpur office has not send any latter for maturity. this is the responsibility of your department to send latter but still after one year we have not received any latter.

hello my name is vasudeo mahto,i have purchased a induction cooker having my order no-4282273
it was deliver in a totally broken condition.i call to customer care for returning of this broken product.they asked they will send a mail to the blue dart office of jabalpur for free of cost returning but 25 days gone no mail has been send.i am not a state to invest more Rs.400 for returning this broken product because i have not believe that a replacement will be done.NAPTOOL IS A TOTALLY FRAUD COMPANY !!!

Motorcycle purchase

Dear sir, I purchased Motorcycle from pipariya,hosangabad distric which is suzuki hayate. Shopkeeper tell to me about motercycle milege 60+k.m.per ltr. And on website of suzuki also tell 60+,but motercycle give 40 k.m./ltr.
gear of moter cycle creats problem, but shopkeeper does not solve this problem.
