Stolen parts by Sony Ericsson Xperia service center Maa Vaishnavi Services Radhu Place, Sony Ericsson xperia x10 mini pro Complaint

I went to the Maa Vaishnavi Services, Radhu Place, Shop no. 6& 7 for giving my phone to be repaired as it was damaged due to falling in water. They took the phone for 1 day n said to come the next day to know whether the phone will work for free or any charges will be taken. The next day I received the phone from the center as Rs. 2200 were being charged. On my way back to home I noticed that many parts of the phone were missing like the keys over the slider keypad, on-off switch etc. I went again to tell them the fault so they gave me their visiting card and told me to call on the given no. to know whether those parts are available or not. On my next visit they advised me to go to the Sony Repair Center in Nehru Place. When i visited their i got to know that including those parts which were missing the camera of he phone was also missing and they share no responsibility for the flaws of the Maa Vaishnavi Services. I went back to the Maa Vaishnavi Services and they clearly refused to accept my claim of the missing parts.
This the worst thing I have experienced in any service center as the parts were stolen and i was sent to some other place to claim them.
