Sudden hardening of steering wheel in swift VDI (new Model) while driving. Maruti Suzuki, Swift VDI Complaint

Sir,I had purchased swift VDI (New Model) in the month of November 2011 on the name of Anuj Thakur from Goel Moter Pvt. Ltd Shimla , Tara Devi Shimla Distt. Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. With in a very short spell of time, I have noticed/ seen that the streeing of my vehicle all of sudden becomes hard while intitating left side curve. Today i.e. on 25-06-2012, I visited the show room at Goel Moter Pvt. Ltd. Shimla and apprised them the detailed position of the vehicle's problem being faced by me. They have informed me that this type of complaints have also been received from our other consumer also and at the same time they have informed me that the machie which rotate the streeing becomes hot for which accute problem while driving is being faced. They have also apprised me that we have already made complaint to our autority concerned about this, and on the direction of the company the machine will be changed.

In this connection I would like to ask you whether you have been received such type of complaint and what action from your end is going to be initiated. The problem which have been brought to your notice is a serious type of complaint for which an early action /decision to change the part of streeing is compulsory. The latest decision of your company be intimated to me imediately so that I may take my vehicle to the company for necessary changes.
