Television Vediocon, Complaint

I had purchased a Vediocon Television from Best Price (Bharti-Wallmart) Lucknow dated 29.11.2011, which came out defective and even after three repairings, it is not working and the company is denying any service or replacement of product now even when the warrenty of the product is still intact.
