TIMTARA FRAUD. TIMTARA.COM, LENOVO 560 LAPTOP Complaint

I have order lenovo 560 laptop from 4 july.
Order no-10282814
Till date niether they deliver product nor refund my money.
During this period i call customer care more than 40 times.they only say that i forward your complain to concern depot,they will reply 24 woking hour.
but till date niether thy repy nor send any email to me.
i am mentaly and finacialy harash by timtara.
i think my money is not return.
can any body help me how i get monety back from timtara.
there is any legal procedure to get my money back.
