unessecary balance deducted Tata Docomo, gsm Complaint

Hello sir ,
im Raza sikander and im using tatadocomo sim from 1n1/2 year and just got a netcard and the recharge was sucess ful and i was browsing the net in the site wap.in and i closed the net and i just saw the balance the it was reduced from 68 to 1 rupee so i request u to just give me my balnce back.
