vox mobile Vox Mobile, Complaint

Mobile is not working properly. It is not charging. i purchase new one charger but not charging and i modify the earlier one this also same condition Some one called me on phone and told me the mobile phone will be replaced . But i am still waiting for my money or other one.I am preferred for money they are returning me or not i don't know..
