On what reasons the court has blocked UTorrent? Can the public see the court order? Airtel Broadband, Airtel Broadband Problem

People like us using the site UTorrent for sharing videos and downloading essential information. There are so many ways to misuse the site. But the court and the censor board or the vigilant cyber crime team can block the particular videos or broadcasting wrong information, instead of block the whole site.

We are not computer genius and very ordinary people using the site for our entertainment and information.

That is why I am asking why did they block the whole site?
People might know the reason for blocking.
So kindly release the court order regarding block the site.

If we are still believe in Socialism we should know the reason for block the site under the law of "Rights to know the Information"
